1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using www.charlesstokoeconsulting.com, scheduling a consultation, submitting a contact form, or engaging with any service offered by Charles Stokoe Consulting, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Age Restriction (18+)

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or submit your information through our website. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

3. Description of SMS Program and Messaging Use Cases

Charles Stokoe Consulting operates two separate SMS text messaging programs for individuals who have explicitly opted in to each. Consent to one program does not enroll you in the other.

• Transactional Messages: Appointment reminders for scheduled consultations and follow-up calls, post-consultation follow-ups and next steps, and responses to inquiries submitted through our website forms.
• Marketing & Promotional Messages: Tax credit program updates and new credit opportunity alerts, expense reduction tips, and business savings information.

Message frequency varies — typically fewer than 4 messages per month during active engagements, combined across both programs.

4. SMS Communication Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the applicable consent checkbox, you authorize Charles Stokoe Consulting to send you recurring automated text messages at the number provided, according to the category (or categories) you've consented to:

• Transactional consent: "I consent to receive transactional messages from Charles Stokoe Consulting at the phone number provided. Message frequency may vary. Message and Data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt-out."
• Marketing & Promotional consent: "I consent to receive marketing and promotional message from Charles Stokoe Consulting at the phone number provided. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt-out."

Message & data rates may apply based on your wireless carrier plan, for both categories.

Instructions to opt out — Text STOP: Reply STOP to any message at any time to immediately stop receiving SMS messages — transactional and marketing — from Charles Stokoe Consulting. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for assistance. To opt out of only one category while continuing to receive the other, contact us directly using the information in Section 5 below.

Charles Stokoe Consulting provides independent business consulting services focused on cash flow improvement, including identification of tax credits (WOTC, R&D Tax Credits), expense reduction analysis, cost segregation, medical underpayment recovery, and partner program referrals (GMG Savings, Stryde Savings). All services are general business consulting and do not constitute legal advice, CPA services, investment advice, or tax preparation.

7. Disclosures for Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates charged by your mobile wireless carrier apply to all SMS messages sent to and received from Charles Stokoe Consulting, whether transactional or marketing. These charges are separate from any fees charged by Charles Stokoe Consulting. Charles Stokoe Consulting does not charge any additional fee for SMS communications. Contact your wireless carrier for details on your specific plan's rates for SMS messaging.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Charles Stokoe Consulting makes no guarantee of specific financial outcomes, tax credit amounts, or cost savings. Results vary based on each client's unique circumstances and applicable laws at the time of service.
