Charles Stokoe, while holding a CPA credential, does not provide CPA services through this consulting practice unless a separate engagement agreement is executed.

3. No Guarantee of Results

While we have a strong track record of helping businesses identify savings opportunities, Charles Stokoe Consulting makes no guarantee of specific financial outcomes, tax credit amounts, or cost savings. Results vary based on each client's unique business circumstances, eligibility criteria, and applicable laws in effect at the time of service.
